While working with hundreds of clients ranging from Fortune 500 to smaller not for profits, Jessica identified a growing need in the market.

Current market solutions continually fell short to deliver employee engagement and often left HR teams a bit disappointed. These solutions always felt limited and lacked excitement and practicality.

With this in mind, Jessica started Yellow to make it easier to live better by partnering with companies who understand that solutions should be centered around the true needs of their employees.
